Tapping my Lock or Key does nothing

Hold the top of your iPhone against the tag for a moment. Check that Bump has Screen Time access (Settings in Bump shows it) and that you've chosen apps to block.

Blocking or a schedule seems out of sync

In Bump, go to Settings and tap Reload Blocking. Anything blocking now stays blocked.

I can't find my Key

A scheduled block ends on its own at the end of its window. For a session started with the Lock, deleting Bump removes all of its blocks. Reinstall it afterwards to set it up again.

Can I use Bump without a Lock & Key?

Yes. Choose Not yet, then Continue without one during setup, and block and unblock from the Focus tab. You can switch to a Lock & Key at any time by tapping Already have one? under the button.

Why can't I change my blocked apps?

Your list is locked while something is blocking, so it can't be used as a way out. Unblock first, then change it.
