These terms cover your use of the Bump app and this website. By using Bump, you agree to them.
Using Bump
Bump is licensed to you for personal use through the App Store. Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement applies alongside these terms.
What Bump is, and isn't
Bump is a tool to help you focus. It blocks the apps you choose using Apple's Screen Time, and it works because you want it to. It isn't a security product or a parental control, and tags can be copied. Blocking depends on Apple's Screen Time working as intended, and we can't guarantee it will block every app or website in every situation.
Choose what you block with care. Don't rely on Bump in a way where not being able to open an app could put you or anyone else at risk.
The Bump Lock & Key
The Lock & Key are sold separately, and your purchase is covered by the terms of whoever sells them to you. Bump can also be used without them.
No warranty
Bump is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for any indirect or consequential loss from using, or not being able to use, Bump or the Lock & Key.
Changes
We may update these terms. If we do, we'll change the date at the top. Using Bump after that means you accept the new terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India.
